We first had banh mi in a trip to Vietnam in 2018 - it was amazing. We attempt our own anglicised version often, and always use mango chilli for a subtle, sweet hit to complement the soy and garlic in the chicken. ⭐
A cheese and bacon burger is no longer complete without 'Bad Boss' chipotle jam - it adds a sweet and smoky flavour that works perfectly with the saltiness of the bacon - a real winner for any BBQ! 🐷
Our friend Lo has taken the humble burger to a new level by adding bacon and blue cheese, as well as fried spring onions. With a dollop of Bad Boss on the side as well to dip the chips in - we approve 🧀
Inspired by Joe and Jesse's 'Bad Boss' chipotle mayo, we decided we'd see how Nagamelon did mixed with mayonnaise... and it was surprisingly a hit! Tasted a bit like a marie rose sauce, and suited these miso chicken bowls perfectly. 🍉
