  • At the moment, all jams are made in a home kitchen where allergens are present. However, we are very conscious of allergens and actively take all steps to ensure that they are not present during the jam making process. Any allergens in our jams are highlighted in bold on the label. If you have any queries or concerns about allergens, please speak to us or send us a message.

  • Our jams and chutneys absolutely compliment cheese and crackers (trust us, we have tested this a lot!) but they also go well in sauces, dips, with red meat and on savoury pastries.

  • Bipolar disorder is a lived experience for us and brings plenty of challenges, but it also brings heaps of creativity. Might Be Manic is our tribute to this - once we get a bit more established we’ll be looking to donate a percentage of our profits to Bipolar UK in recognition of how essential they are.

  • Whilst we’re setting up, we’re offering free delivery to the following postcodes:

    OX11 / OX12 / OX13 / OX14 / OX18 /OX28 / OX29 / SN7 / SN8

    If you are outside of these areas, standard shipping costs will be applied.

  • We’re sorry, but for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns.

    HOWEVER, if your products arrive damaged, we will look to replace them for you upon receipt of a photo showing any damage - email Clare and she will get this sorted.

    We want you to love our products as much as we do, so if you’re not happy. for any reason, get in touch.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We’re not yet in a position to hire, but when we are, we’ll be actively looking to employ those who are marginalised and pushed out of the typical employment system.

  • We’re absolutely happy to discuss bulk orders for events, or wholesale purchasing. If you’re considering buying our jam in a larger quantity, please pop us an email and we can chat about it and provide a quote.
